Bio
Fabien received his Masters of Aquaculture and Fisheries in 2002 in Caen, France. From 2002 to 2004, he conducted research related to pearl oysters. From 2004 to 2006, Fabien served as the Administrative Officer for the French Polynesia Fisheries Department. Most recently, he has worked as the Administrative Officer of the Pearl Oyster Office.
