Bio
Heins is a marine biologist with a Master's Degree. He also has a Pady advanced open water and underwater photography certification. Heins has been working for eight years in coral reefs, reef fishes and fishery resources assessment, first for the fishing and agriculture department, and in the last four years for Coralina. In this period he has participated in almost nine expeditions in areas like Serrana and Roncador bank in 2010, Serrana, Quitasueño and Roncador banks in 2007 and 2011, south east and south southwest bank in 2007 and 2009, Serranilla, Bajo Alicia and Bajo Nuevo in 2010 and Serrana 2005, 2009 and 2011.
