Bio
Chief John has been Paramount Chief of Utupua Island, Temotu Province for the past four years. He comes from Nembao Village but has overall responsibility for all five villages situated on Utupua Island.
Chief John has joined the Solomon Islands mission as a cultural and local representative for the Living Oceans Foundation. He is working with the marine education team to help teach his villages in Utupua about coral reefs and their threats.
