Junior has formal training in Environmental Science and General Agriculture. The Fisheries Division has employed him for over twenty years. He has also been involved in Fisheries and Aquaculture extension services.
Over the past three years however, Junior was given the responsibility to lead the organization’s fish sanctuary (MPAs) establishment and management program. Since then, they have been successful in establishing ten (10) fish sanctuaries, as well as persuading the Government of Jamaica to commit public funds to finance the management of these protected areas.
