Melinda Campbell

Bio
Melinda is the Education Programs Specialist for the Khaled bin Sultan Living Oceans Foundation. She is involved with the development of the Foundation’s coral reef curriculum.
Melinda was a high school science teacher for almost ten years. She also taught informally with Living Classrooms Foundation and the National Aquarium in Baltimore. Melinda has also been a zookeeper and worked in a genetics laboratory.
Melinda received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Arts in Teaching from Towson University in Maryland. Between these two degrees, she also earned a Masters of Marine Studies from the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia where she wrote a dissertation on the behavior of wild provisioned dolphins and took many field courses on the Great Barrier Reef.
